By the age of 19, he launched his own landscaping business, which would become a six-figure-turnover venture, in hopes of compensating for the lack of punctuality he had observed in the market.

Coming from an industry known for its physically demanding nature, he applies the same work ethic to his career in real estate, believing that no job is too tough. However, his exceptional set of people skills is a by-product of his professional experiences and a trait he prides himself heavily on.

Empathetic in his endeavours, Ethan prioritises connecting with people beyond a transactional level and is always curious to learn more about his clients and the outcomes they desire. Amongst his other hobbies of art and graphic design, he is a financial market enthusiast. Having established himself in real estate, Ethan's next chapter is one of business ownership and leadership as Director of FORBES. Combining his passion for property with an entrepreneurial mindset, he is building an independent agency grounded in the same values that have shaped his career: hard work, genuine relationships and a commitment to doing things properly. While continuing to work directly with clients as an agent, Ethan is focused on creating a business that reflects his vision for real estate and the people it serves.
